Hey, I’m Aniket! a Frontend Developer and a budding indie hacker based in Nagpur. My day kicks off with a cup of Nescafé and ends with code that breathes life into the web.

Beliefs

Inspired by nat and aryan, some things I believe:

  • Dopamine
    • The answer is predictive of your behavior.
    • Better to get your dopamine from improving your ideas than from having them validated.
    • It's okay to get yours from "making things happen".
  • Mahāyāna Elite
    • “Make mistakes of ambition and not mistakes of sloth.” — machiavelli. I would rather constantly bite more than I can chew, than settle for mediocrity and never know the extent of my capabilities.
    • We are tied down by invisible orthodoxy.
    • The laws of physics are the only limit.
  • Time
    • It's important to do things fast -
      • You learn more per unit time because you make contact with reality more frequently.
      • Going fast makes you focus on what's important; there's no time for bullshit.
      • "Slow is fake".
      • Time is the denominator.
    • Speed is intelligence -
      • As a young person, your rate of progress is the best vector to measure growth and potential. while a lot of things in life can be thought of as chess, early on, You're almost always better off thinking of it as a race. Inaction is just missed shots.
      • Every acceleration eventually becomes a constant. re-caliberate regularly.
  • People
    • Be kind, be direct and transparent. Life is short.
    • Don't be a gatekeeper, you lose out on compounding.
    • Moments are fleeting, people endure.
